I have a popular list titled Not “The Best,” But “A List” Of Mindmapping, Flow Chart Tools, & Graphic Organizers.
I thought it would be useful to me, and to readers, to create a new section there linking to collections of graphic organizers that are organized so they correlated to the Common Core Standards. In searching online, I was amazed to find a number of school districts posting copies of collections created and sold by teachers as ebooks through sites like Teachers Pay Teachers. I guess districts could use lessons in ethics.
Here are links to what I thought were pretty good collections (and don’t appear to be unethically posted). I hope readers will contribute more:
Develop Thinking from The Chicago Public Schools
Common Core Teaching and Learning Strategies is from Realizing Illinois
Common Core Resources from Spartan Guides
What Does Common Core Tell Us About Reading Comprehension? is from the Marzano Center
