We’re finishing up the second edition of The ELL Teacher’s Toolbox.  Each of the sixty-one strategies outlined in the book has a section devoted to connecting it to Standards.

As anyone who has ever done Project or Problem Based Learning Knows, connecting it to Standards is a bit complicated since it depends to a certain extent on what PBL activity you’re doing.

So, it’s not really possible to boil it down to a a handful of sentences like we’re able to do in most of the chapters.

Instead, then, here’s a list of different resources that teachers can use to help them “matchmake” between their PBL activity and the appropriate standards.

I’m adding a link to this list to THE BEST RESOURCES FOR LEARNING HOW TO USE PROJECT-BASED LEARNING & PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING IN YOUR CLASSROOM:
